XJUMP products are non-refundable. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fee on all returns. All refunds must receive a return authorization from us before returning the item. all items returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) pre-approved and obtained from XJUMP Customer Service Department at the customer's prepaid shipping and delivered back to XJUMP Facility within 30 days from the initial shipping date We are not responsible for any unauthorized return shipment to our facility. Please note the following:
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Any appropriate credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), and taxes are refunded according to applicable state law. Except for refunds for damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are n, and return shipping or p fees may apply. Once item(s) are received and processed, refunds are generally issued within ten (10) business days.
Refunds do not apply to as-is items. In addition, refunds do not apply to custom special orders or preorders, except for refunds for damaged or defective merchandise.
EXCHANGE:
Due to the nature of the products, exchanges of the items are not accepted.
CANCELLATION:
The orders can be canceled before the item ships out. Cancellations are not accepted on Custom Special Orders and Pre-Order item(s).
COUPON:
The coupons cannot be used to purchase accessories.
PREORDER ITEMS:
Pre-Order items are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit w placing the order. The preorder is manufactured by customer request, and because they are not items that X JUMP keeps in stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, production cannot be stopped. Please allow a minimum of three (3) months for our suppliers to create and ship your item(s). Once your Pre Order arrives, X JUMP will contact you to arrange delivery or pickup. The customer must pay in full before shipping. Pre-Order must be scheduled for delivery or pickup within two (2) weeks from the time X JUMP notifies you of the item(s) being ready. If you do not arrange delivery or pick up of your Pre-Order, your order will be canceled, and your 50% non-refundable deposit will NOT be refunded. It is your responsibility to check that inflatable products will fit your desired location.
Due to the hand-built nature of inflatable products, dimensions for some items may vary slightly.
PARCEL POLICY AND RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
Parcel carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS) will make three delivery attempts. In the event that the parcel carrier is unsuccessful, they will keep the package at their local hub for up to 5 days. After 5 days, the item will be shipped to X JUMP. Once item(s) are received and processed, refunds are generally issued within ten (10) business days. You will not be refunded the original shipping fee.
Parcel items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).
You may not cancel or alter the shipping address once orders have been placed. Shipping back to X JUMP will also be at the customer's expense.
