Shipping policy
PRIOR TO DELIVERY
XJUMP offers two delivery options: Curbside truckload residential delivery. Any items under 150 lbs are small parcel home delivery.
We utilize the services of serval common third-party carriers to handle the delivery.
Items on order? The third-party freight carriers will contact you by text, call or email to advise you of your item’s arrival. You can schedule your delivery date with carriers.
You will be contacted by text, call or email beginning 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery to remind you of the delivery date and provide you with a 3 hours window. This is a courtesy reminder.
You will receive shipping confirmation after purchasing.
X JUMP is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, freight embargoes, fires, strikes, floods, union strikes or acts of government.
The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred, such as the shipment requiring a life gate truck to unload the shipment or delivery rescheduling fees.
The time frames provided for when you can expect your order to be available for delivery are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. If the schedule for your order falls behind significantly, we will send an email update.
NEED TO CHANGE ADDRESS?
Delivery changes can be made prior to delivery, please contact us at 1.772.999.6998.
Once the items ship, the customer is responsible for the address change and re-route fees.
DAY OF DELIVERY
Track your purchases with the carries while on route
The shipment receiver must be 18 years or older on the premise for the entire delivery window.
The customer is fully responsible for inspecting the shipment for damage and or any loss immediately upcon receiving shipment. The customer must notify seller and provide photos and any documentation to seller within 24 hours of receiving shipment.
