If your water hose is leaking, first lower the water pressure to ensure it’s not too high. Then, push the water back into the water
tube to reset it.

Air leaking through the seams is completely normal! The fabric and stitching are designed to release excess air
for consistent pressure. Even brand-new units have some leakage.

1)  Improper inflation: Ensure the drainage flap(s) underneath the bounce house is fully closed, as this can cause air leaks. Not inflating the bounce house to the recommended pressure can also result in a soft or over-inflated bounce house. 

2)  Check the blower: Ensure the blower is securely connected, functioning properly, and not blocked by debris. 

3)  Inspect for damage: Look for any visible holes, tears, or worn areas over 2 inches.
